Your artwork is printed onto transfer paper, then heat-pressed so the ink turns to gas and bonds inside the polyester fibres — not on top. Names, numbers and logos can't peel, crack or wash out.
Collars, plackets and cuffs are heat-fused with interlining before stitching. It's the step most cheap kits skip — and the reason their collars curl after a few washes.
