Tell us when you need them. Timelines depend on quantity, fabric and print complexity, so we work backwards from your date and confirm it in writing before you pay anything. We will tell you plainly if a date is not achievable rather than take the order and miss it.
We have delivered single orders of over 1000 pieces and can take up to 3,000 in one run without subcontracting. Full size run from XS to 3XL, all in the same batch and the same dye lot.
For larger requirements we produce a pre-production sample in your actual design, so you can check the fabric and print in hand before committing to the full run. Chargeable, and adjusted against your order.
We accept purchase orders and issue a formal written quotation your procurement or accounts team can circulate for approval.

Your artwork is printed onto transfer paper, then heat-pressed so the ink turns to gas and bonds inside the polyester fibres — not on top. Names, numbers and logos can't peel, crack or wash out.
Collars, plackets and cuffs are heat-fused with interlining before stitching. It's the step most cheap kits skip — and the reason their collars curl after a few washes.
Every piece is checked for print alignment, seam strength and sizing, then sorted by name and number so your kit arrives ready to hand out.
